    My standard queen room with great evenings at the Swarovski bar was silent. The location was perfect and excellent, really close to the Swiss mountains and easily accessible. Dined at Restaurant Azalee, it was not too far away from the venue.

    central spot near charming spots and fine views

    I loved the friendly atmosphere and the amazing views around the hotel. I'll definitely cherish the time spent at the spa, just under a kilometer away. For solo travelers, the spa services are a must-try. I found the bathtub design a bit less modern compared to the rest of the room, but it didn't overshadow my great time there.

    Perfect hotel in a wonderful mountain scenery and close to Gstaad. The staff is professional, very friendly and discreet. Culinary and wellness offers are of extremely high quality. Our rooms are very quiet. A hotel for all seasons and for all ages. We think affordable luxury. We will come again. Yvonne

    Thank you for a very special stay. This pet-friendly hotel offers plenty of reasonably large rooms. The staff are attentive and extremely friendly, everyone. All in all they offer EXCELLENT service. Besides, parking is on site. It has amazing location right next to Relleri Ski Resort.

    The heated outdoor pool offers amazing mountain views. Dining is elevated with local delicacies, and the staff knows how to. The spa treatments are a must-try. I left feeling completely rejuvenated!

    Location. Staff courtesy. Friendly and stylish ambience. Fantastic spa and indoor/outdoor pools. Spacious lounges with live piano music. Cosy, well-planned dining rooms and excellent food. Delicious complimentary afternoon cakes served in the lounge.

    Avoid bedrooms at the front of the hotel as the road noise is horrific. Particularly at 5am when the snow ploughs come out. Very difficult to sleep as there is no air-conditioning, so it is essential to keep windows open as the rooms are overheated. The hotel charges CHF5.50 (£4) for every litre of tap water served in the restaurants and lounges and tries to justify this rip-off policy by donating CHF 1 to Unicef. Gym and pools are not open until 8am and 9.30 am respectively, thwarting early work-outs before breakfast.

    - absolutely friendly and helpful personnel - amazing spa with open pool with mineral salts from Bazel - great saunas of all kinds - very good and beautiful bar - great ala cart restaurant - 4-5 min walk from train station and 5-7 min walk to the ski lifts - never wanted to come back to the same hotel in my life. Will come back to this one probably.

    - the room was not so big but very comfortable and clean
